Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Telecom Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
