Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Families are partners. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
