Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
