Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Nest Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
