Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Property Management Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
