Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
