Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Partners is a Toledo food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
