Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
