Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Beacon Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
