Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Mill Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
