Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Bridge Health provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
