Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Kestrel Staffing Group places workers with employers around Raleigh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
