Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
