Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Providence. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
