Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
