Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Providence. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
