Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

Redstone Drift Legal Group is a Providence practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
