Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Cobalt Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Providence. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis.
