Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Group is an energy provider in Portland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
