Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
