Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Portland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in collection routes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on landfill records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
