Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Birch Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
