Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Early Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
