Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Pittsburgh across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
