Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
