Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
