Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Holdings operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
