Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection.
