Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Wren Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
