Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
