Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Phoenix and nearby communities, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
