Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
