Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
