Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
