Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
