Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Property Management is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
