Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
