Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
