Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group is a Philadelphia practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
