Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
