Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Granite Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
