Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
