Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Wren Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Orlando presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
