Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Birch Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
