Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
