Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Omaha serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
