Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Beacon Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
