Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ridership counts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
