Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
