Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Community Partners Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
